If you do not qualify under the insurance companies automated guidelines then the process takes a little longer. N.A.I.A. will contact the underwriters at each company for further review.

Please keep in mind this will not be as quick a process as the automated quote and could take a a day or two to get a quote you can purchase.

While this might take a few days you will be provided with every option available to you and not just a single result.

Each company has it's own definition of Pleasure & Business (read your policy or call N.A.I.A to discuss) they generally do not allow you to charge any money for a flight. That doesn't mean you can't share expenses for the flight with your passengers but generally speaking that would be about it.
